What is the source of the data?

We work with a real estate-focused data provider that aggregates information from marketing databases, telecom carriers, and public records. The data is optimized for outbound campaigns and typically delivers high match rates for phone numbers and emails.

We deliver results within 24–48 business hours, regardless of the file size.

To begin, please provide the following details for each record:

  • Owner Name
  • Property Address
  • Mailing Address

You only pay for successful matches. If we are unable to find any data (no “hit”), you don’t pay for that record.

You can upload your Excel or CSV file directly through our submission form. Just make sure it includes the required fields: Owner Name, Property Address, and Mailing Address.
